Honour killing story

caret-down caret-up caret-left caret-right
born: 1981
attempted murder: 22 December 2015
Residence: Kaltenkirchen (near Hamburg)
Origin: unclear
Children: unclear
Perpetrator: unclear, probably from the family
Maybe this act is not an honour killing, and maybe this case does not belong in this archive.

In the first instance, it is "only" an attempted murder: on December 22, 2015, Ana takes her garbage can from the street to the courtyard of the house. An unsub approaches from behind, pours flammable liquid over her and sets her on fire. She comes to a special clinic with burns and survives.

The perpetrator is on the run. Initially it is said that the crime took place in the Russian environment, but the police say: "We are talking about German citizens". Later it is said - probably from the neighbourhood - that it is about "a different cultural background, in which it is better not to interfere". Then there are the rumours that they are Chechens.

Ana is not the real name of the woman. We would be very happy with clues!

If it turns out that there is no honor motive, we will, of course, remove the case from the archive again.

Honour killing story: Delali Assigbley

Honour killing story

Delali Assigbley
born: 1978
burned: 7 December 2016
Location: Kronshagen near Kiel
Origin: Togo
Children: 2 sons (3 and 7 years)
Perpetrator: her divorced husband Koffi W. (41 years)
It is possible that this murder was not committed because of the honour. It is said that the perpetrator suffered from delusions. On the other hand, he was discharged from a clinic with the diagnosis that there was no danger to others. Either the diagnosis was too optimistic, or there is a motive of honour. Or a mixture of situations.

The act: Delali and her husband come from Togo to Germany in the mid-1990s, one after the other. He is an educated locksmith, she studies several semesters of pedagogy. The two have 2 children. Delila and her husband probably split up several times. On 1 January 2017 she will join the refugee commissioner of the state parliament of Schleswig-Holstein.

On December 7, 2016, her husband will pour petrol on her in the car. She flees outside, he runs after her and sets her on fire. She runs through the street. Passers-by extinguish the fire. Delali is seriously injured and comes to a special clinic.

Her husband flees the scene of the crime but is arrested by the called police officers. The children are placed in a foster family.

The victim dies a little later in the clinic.

The trial before the Kiel District Court will begin in August 2017. In the same month, the perpetrators are admitted to the psychiatric ward. According to the judge, the crime is a murder under criminal law.

Honour killing story: Meral

Honour killing story

born: 1971
attempted murder: 12 June 2015
Residence: Germersheim (Rhineland-Palatinate)
Origin: Turkey
Children: 2 (16 and 24 years)
Perpetrator: her husband Levent K., divorced from her husband (47 years)
On 12 June 2015, Levent is lurking in front of his divorced wife's house, pouring a flammable liquid over her and trying to set her on fire. The 16-year-old son prevents the deed. Levent flees and is later arrested near the crime scene.

At the beginning of 2016, attempted murder will be tried in the regional court of Landau. Levent claims that he only wanted to frighten his wife because he did not accept her divorce and wanted to prevent it.

The 24-year-old daughter reports in court serious threats from her father against her mother. This included the threat to mutilate her with acid.

In February 2016, for attempted manslaughter, Levent was sentenced to 7 years and 6 months in prison. The statement of reasons states that the defendant indeed had the murder of his wife in mind. Everything else is a claim of protection. The verdict corresponds to the demands of the Public Prosecution Service.

Meral is not the real name of the woman.

Honour killing story: Maria P.

Honour killing story

Maria P.
born: 1995
set on fire: 22 January 2015
Residence: Berlin
Origin: Victim: Germany; Perpetrator: Turkey
Children: she was highly pregnant
Perpetrator: her ex-boyfriend Eren T. (19 years), father of the unborn child
Maria and Eren have been together since September 2012. Eren's family does not accept the girlfriend. That's why she converts to Islam and develops into a certain "Turkish chic" including a headscarf. Her stepfather is also a Turk. Her biological father (nationality unclear) probably died.

When the vocational school pupil becomes pregnant at the age of 19, Eren separates from her, presumably under pressure from his family.

On 22 January 2015 Eren, his 19-year-old buddy Daniel and Maria will drive to a forest in the Berlin Adlershof - probably under threat of violence. Daniel holds the woman there, Eren hits her head with an iron rod and hits a knife in her belly. Then the young men pour petrol over the pregnant woman and set her on fire. Mary burns with her unborn daughter.

The next day, the perpetrator reports her missing. But he becomes entangled in contradictions and eventually confesses to the crime. Daniel has also been arrested. His girlfriend has had a three-year-old child and is pregnant again. He has no diploma to leave school and is described by others as a class clown and very fond of children. Eren and Daniel are accused of joint murder and violent abortion. Daniel makes a partial confession. It is called "Daniel does what Eren says". The two have been friends for many years.

In October 2015, the court case before the juvenile delinquency chamber of the Court of Berlin will start. In February 2016, a juvenile sentence of 14 years will be imposed on both of them, and the special seriousness of the guilt will be determined. In November, the Federal Supreme Court will confirm the verdict.

Honour killing story: Nabila Ü.

Honour killing story

Nabila Ü.
born: 1979
attempted murder: 20 September 2016
Location: Rüsselsheim
Origin: Victim: Morocco; perpetrator: Turkey
Children: 4
Perpetrator: her husband Haci Ahmet Ü. (40 years)
Haci Ahmet has been imprisoned for several years and will be released in September 2016. Apparently he is moving back to his wife and children.

A week later he attacks his wife in the bedroom with a machete and suffocates her. Then he pours petrol over her and lights her up. He closes the bedroom door from the outside. Nabila survives badly injured. She has been in a coma for 2 months.

At the end of May 2017, the trial for attempted murder and serious arson began at the regional court in Darmstadt.

Nabila appears completely veiled in court, whether it is because of religious belief or because of burnt skin, is unclear.

In June 2017, the perpetrator is sentenced to 14 years and 6 months imprisonment for particularly serious arson and ill-treatment. The perpetrator appeals, which is rejected by the Federal Supreme Court in March 2018.

Honour killing story: Asifa

Honour killing story

born: 1985
burned: 1 September 2016
Residence: Rüdesheim
Origin: Syria
Children: 3 sons (3-13 years)
perpetrator: her divorced husband (45 years)
Asifa and her husband have three sons. They live in a house in Rüdesheim in the Rheingau. It is a rather idyllic shelter for 14 people.

When domestic violence has already taken place, the father of the children will be housed separately.

He won't accept that. On 1 September 2016, he arrives at the renovated barn early in the morning. He pours a flammable liquid over his wife and sets her on fire. In doing so, he unintentionally kills himself. The victim is flown to a clinic in a rescue helicopter and initially survives a serious injury. The next day she dies.

Other residents are injured, the homes uninhabitable. Asifa is not the real name of the woman.

Corrupt Dutch Public Prosecution denies honour killing victim Narges Achikzei

Corrupt Dutch Public Prosecution knew Narges Achikzei and her informal muslim man Haroen Mehraban because of their reports at police station Zeist against me as her former employer. When Narges Achikzei was set on fire by the sister of a friend of Haroen Mehraban and he falsely pointed to me as probable perpetrator/customer, the authorities denied honour killing victim Narges Achikzei because her story does not fit in with their desired positive image of the Police in Zeist, the Dutch Public Prosecution Service, Islam and Afghan refugees.

The legal entanglements surrounding murder victim Narges Achikzei in a timeline

Narges Achikzei, who was set on fire, and her boyfriend had a heated conflict with the woman's 32-year-old former employer in Utrecht. The family is associated with fraudulent practices. In any case, they were accused by an aggrieved man. He himself was summoned to a court one week after the fire murder in connection with the slander. For a long time he is said to have sent e-mails to the woman - an ex-worker - and damaged her honour and good name.

It is very likely that this conflict played a role in the cruel death. The public prosecutor's office never wants to answer questions about the content of the legal conflict. It is clear that the conflict exerted great pressure on Achikzei and other participants.

Police Zeist under pressure: suspicion of covering up honour killing at the fire murder of Narges Achikzei

In the case of honour killings, it is inevitable that statements are made with an emphasis on restoring 'honour'; that does not mean that all statements are true. We have put 200 contradictory statements about the Zeist fire murder in a diagram. Officially, the fire murder of Narges Achikzei is a murder without a motive, because judges have rejected the fabricated jealousy motive. On the basis of our investigation, this is a case of honour killing that corrupt Police Zeist has covered up.

Narges Achikzei is a victim of a love rival because everyone says so and because honour killing has been contradicted by her family and friends.

Narges Achikzei is a victim of honour killing because she did not want to marry the Afghan man the parents had chosen for her.

Narges Achikzei had major problems with her family and friends' legal extortion campaign against her former employer.

Narges Achikzei had planned an appointment with an anonymous Public Prosecutor to discuss her criminal case.

Everyone in Narges’ vicinity knew that she would rather not marry the Afghan man the parents had chosen for her, that she wanted to marry a man of her own choice and that she was in love with a Dutch man.

Testimony 205 out of 225 in the murder case Narges Achikzei

Ex boss
Everyone in Narges' vicinity knew that she would rather not marry the Afghan man the parents had chosen for her, that she wanted to marry a man of her own choice and that she was in love with a Dutch man. The police have lied a great deal about this murder in the media. I notified the Utrecht Police about fiancée Mehraban and lawyer Ruijzendaal as shot-callers for the murdering of Narges with fire.
